Ann Ritter, RN, BS, is president and founder of Nurses and Company.  Her administrative staff includes Jean Weber, RN, BSN, Director of Clinical Services, and Lynn Chartrand, Director of Operations.  All three have extensive health care experience and are dedicated to providing the best in home health care services.

Ann Ritter, RN, BS, has been involved in health care for over twenty-five years.  Her experience encompasses both hospital and home health nursing

 

 and administration.  Ann has evaluated and audited home health agencies; she also helped develop a patient orientation module for a national health plan.

Previously, Ann was co-founder of Regional Home Health, Inc., also located in St. Peters, MO.  In 1988, this company was acquired by Barnes Hospital, one of the top five hospitals in the US, due to their five-year dominance in St. Charles County. 

In 1997, Ann founded Seniors and Company Adult Day Services and built a facility to house the health care entities in St. Peters, MO.

 

Ann received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing Management from Tarkio College. She received her nursing education from Kalamazoo Valley in Kalamazoo, MI. She is a member of the Missouri Alliance of Home Care; she is also a past member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce of Lake St. Louis; past President of the American Cancer Society, St. Charles county; past Financial Director of St. Charles Ballet Theater; and a past Advisory Board Member of Associated Rehabilitative Services, Inc.
