The administrative staff of Nurses and Company includes Jean Weber, RN, BSN, Director of Clinical Services, and Lynn Chartrand, Director of Operations, as well as Ann Ritter, RN, BS, president and founder.  All three have extensive health care experience and are dedicated to providing the best in home health care services.

Jean Weber, RN, BSN, is responsible for all the clinicians that care for patients in

their homes as well as those based in the home office. Jean ensures that Nurses and Company is in compliance with all regulatory issues. She oversees the company policies and procedures, patients' medical records and the quality improvement department.

Jean received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Avila College in Kansas City.  Her broad experience encompasses medical surgical nursing, physician office management, and pharmaceutical research, with twenty-five years in home health care. 

Lynn Chartrand's responsibilities encompass human resources, office operations, accounting and finance.

Lynn has worked in the health care field over twenty-five years.  Her experience ranges from physician practices to home health, in which she has worked for over twenty years.
