What is home health care?
Medical and rehabilitation care ordered by a physician administered in a non-institutional setting.

Who is eligible for home health care?
You or your loved one is eligible for health care services if you require skilled nursing or rehabilitation in your home. The service must be ordered by a physician and provided on a part-time basis.
